Glide - Maximal Cushion & Minimal Weight
The Glide category running shoes are known for HOKA’s very good cushioning, soft feel and natural and smooth gait. Within the Glide category, the collection can be divided into two.
Neutral: Maximum cushion. minimal weight. So you can Fly.
Dynamic Stability: Lightweight cushion with added support for overpronators.
Bondi 7 - Neutral
The most cushioned shoe in the HOKA road-shoe lineup. The game-changing Bondi 7 delivers a smooth, balanced ride over any distance.
Bondi X - Neutral
The trailblazing Bondi X is spring-loaded with a propulsive carbon-fiber plate. The Bondi X fine-tunes the geometry with an extended rocker for greater acceleration, while also delivering smoother toe-offs, thanks to the carbon-fiber plate. The Bondi X will get you there, and then some.
Clifton 8 - Neutral
The latest Clifton 8 delivers an even softer ride than its predecessor. Building on the geometries that made the Clifton a gateway for first-time HOKA wearers. the Clifton 8 is the ultimate everyday trainer.
Gaviota 3 - Dynamic Stability
A premium stability shoe, the Gaviota 3 overdelivers on plushness. It offers maximal cushioning and maximal support. Geared for a wide variety of athletes, this reliable road shoe was engineered to provide a balanced ride over any distance. Because the J-shape of the sole runs from the inside of the foot along the heel to the outside, the sole carries the name 'J-Frame'. The J-Frame uses a foam with a higher density. The high density provides more stability and effectively supports the heel and inside of the foot. This stimulates a smooth and natural settlement of the feet.
Arahi 6 - Dynamic Stability
The Arahi 6 delivers the perfect balance of plushness and support. Lightweight. Stable. Unmatched. Surprisingly light for stability shoe, the Arahi comes grounded in the stabilizing J-Frame. Carbon X2
Positioned as an endurance racer, the Carbon X2 delivers propulsive speed in an adaptable silhouette geared for training and racing alike. Engineered with a responsive, carbon fiber plate and aggressive Meta-Rocker, this performance shoe is a formidable competitor. Get ready for an inherently stable and responsive ride.
Rocket X
Lightweight and ready for anything. One of the most energetic shoes HOKA has launched to date, the Rocket X is an incredibly lightweight, insanely responsive racer geared for elite athletes. The lightest racing flat in the HOKA lineup, this all-speed shoe is engineered to launch off the line. Primed for shorter distances, the Rocket X utilizes the same responsive carbon fiber plate as the Carbon X, delivering a fast, efficient and propulsive ride. Speedgoat 4
Named for HOKA Athlete Karl “Speedgoat” Meltzer, the Speedgoat 4 is part of an award-winning family known for making quick work of technical terrain. The fourth edition features a new breathable yet rugged mesh. HOKA included 3D printed overlays for increased midfoot support and an overall more secure feel. Most importantly, they added a more accommodating fit in the toe box for a more comfortable ride. Grippy on the uphill and secure on the downhill, the Speedgoat 4 is badass on every trail.
Challenger ATR 6
As the name Challenger ATR 6 suggests, this adaptable, all-terrain shoe defies convention — performing light on the trail and smooth on the street, thanks to its midsole geometry and outsole construction. Dynamically designed for versatile traction, its distinctive outsole has zonal construction to optimize grip and weight. Developed with broad, closely spaced zonal lugs, the Challenger ATR 6’s outsole delivers smooth transitions from one surface to another.

Cielo X MD
Engineered with a propulsive carbon fiber plate and designed in accordance with World Athletics’ guidelines, the Cielo X MD is geared for middle distances (800m-3K). Combined with HOKA’s lightest performance foam, this responsive race flat delivers a snappy ride in under 4.5 ounces. More cushioning than they ever put in a spike, plus HOKA’s first spike with a carbon fiber plate. It’s all kinds of amazing.
