Job Description
As a Sales/Administration team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shop. Your responsibilities will include:

Sales and Customer Service: Providing personalized assistance to customers, offering guidance on products, and helping them find the right gear and equipment for their needs. Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the shop.

Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, assisting in stock replenishment, and conducting regular inventory checks. Collaborating with the team to ensure the shop is adequately stocked at all times.

Point of Sale Operations: Operating the cash register, processing transactions, and handling cash and card payments efficiently. Ensuring accuracy in transactions and maintaining a secure cash handling process.

Administrative Support: Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents. Supporting the team in various administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Triathlon Enthusiasm: A genuine passion for sports and an understanding of swimming, cycling and running, including knowledge of gear, equipment, and apparel is a pre.

Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to actively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations.

Sales Experience: Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in the retail environment.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. Attention to detail is essential, particularly in inventory management and administrative tasks.

Team Player: A collaborative and positive attitude, working effectively as part of a diverse team. Willingness to support teammates and contribute to a harmonious work environment.

Technological Proficiency: Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) and familiarity with point-of-sale systems. Comfortable using technology for inventory management and administrative tasks.
