TRI-BIKE ARUBA is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Employee to join our team. As Aruba’s longest-running and leading bike, triathlon, swim and running shop, we help customers find the right products for their cycling, swimming and running needs. Every day is different, and excellent customer service is always our priority.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

​

As a Sales Employee at TRI-BIKE, you will be one of the faces of our store and play an important role in creating a great customer experience.

 

Your day may include:

​

• Welcoming customers and providing friendly and professional service;

• Asking the right questions to understand our customers' needs;

• Advising customers on bikes, swimming products, running shoes and other sports products;

• Helping customers choose the right bike, including determining the correct frame size;

• Checking product availability and completing sales;

• Performing foot fittings and helping customers find the right HOKA running shoes;

• Keeping our sales floor and departments clean, organized and well presented;

• Making sure products are correctly priced, stocked and displayed;

• Developing your product knowledge through training and hands-on experience;

• Working closely with our service center and sales team to provide the best possible customer experience.

 

Some days you'll be helping a customer choose their first bike, while on other days you'll be helping an experienced athlete find the perfect pair of running shoes or swimming gear. You never quite know what will come through the store door, and that's part of the fun!

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service;

• Is friendly, approachable and comfortable communicating with different types of customers;

• Is motivated to continuously develop their product knowledge;

• Works accurately and has an eye for detail;

• Is solution-oriented and takes initiative;

• Is a team player who enjoys working with others;

• Is flexible and available to work weekends, shopping evenings and holidays when required;

• Is always looking to learn, improve and become better at what they do.
