Crash Replacement Guarantee
With Bontrager's Crash Replacement Guarantee, we will provide you with a free replacement helmet if it is involved in a crash within the first year of ownership. You only pay a handling fee of AWG 20 + 10% of the helmet retail price (to cover import duties and shipping costs). Simply pass by at our shop with the crashed helmet and original sales receipt, and we will take care of it!
30-Day Unconditional Guarantee
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with a Bontrager aftermarket purchase, return the item, along with the original sales receipt to our shop within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Think of it as a 30-day test ride.
This guarantee includes Bontrager after-market components, clothing and accessories. Bontrager OE (original equipment) componentry sold as part of a bicycle is excluded. The only thing we ask from you is that used items must be cleaned for a return.

TRI-BIKE ARUBA takes this loyalty programme to the next level. Within the first year, we will cover also the import duties and shipping costs for you, because we believe these wheels are the best in the market. After 2 years, we offer a discounted rebuild or replacement to the original owner regardless of the date of purchase.
This programme applies to all Bontrager carbon wheels that come as standard on bikes as well as aftermarket wheel purchases, and comes at no additional cost to the original owner.
